Standard Orders:

For in-stock items, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Pre-Orders:

For items marked as "pre-order," additional processing time may be required, as these items are either made-to-order or in high demand. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for pre-orders to be fulfilled and shipped.

Returns: 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and no original packaging is required. Items that fail to qualify will be returned to the customer. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 2interstellarusa@gmail.com with your order number and details of the return.

Refunds: 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
